Our Consumer & Community Banking division serves our Chase customers through a range of financial services, including personal banking, credit cards, mortgages, auto financing, investment advice, small business loans and payment processing. As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Consumer and community Banking , you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. Work with cross-function teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value.
Job responsibilities
- Lead and execute UAT efforts across assigned PCB product.
- Develop comprehensive, reusable test scenarios aligned with business and customer journeys
- Execute test across platforms (web, mobile iOS/Android) and customer segments/profile types
- Collaborate with product owners to validate test coverage and risks areas
- Document detailed test evidence
- Identify and implement automation opportunities using internal framework (UDF)
- Maintain and update automation script as customer journey's evolves.
- Support reporting and metrics tracking (e.g. JIRA, confluence, Zephyr/qTest)
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery, UAT, QA, or software testing roles
- Strong working knowledge of test management tools (e.g. JIRA, confluence, Zephyr/qTest)
- Experience with test automation scripting or automation frameworks
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Demonstrated commitment to user-centric testing and delivering high quality releases
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
