Job responsibilities
- Elicit and document comprehensive business and data flow requirements by engaging with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure alignment and feasibility
- Translate complex business requirements into well-structured technical solutions, leveraging data analytics and technical knowledge to optimize system performance and scalability
- Conduct in-depth data analysis and interpretation to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, providing actionable insights that support decision-making and key business initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain architecture designs, policies, standards, and governance processes that align technology with business strategy
- Continuously enhance technical knowledge and stay current with industry trends, ensuring the application of best practices and innovative solutions to address evolving business needs
- Analyze payment flows/application architecture against specific project environment needs and draft detailed requirements for environment solutions.
- Analyze payment system flows and review test cases for maximum automation in a sprint
- Analyze EMEA Acceptance Testing team business processes for AI/automation adoption, document business requirements, collaborate with engineering teams, and road-test solutions in UAT environments.
- Define automation stories based on high-level requirements, work with engineering to provide inputs for sprints/dev cycles, and analyze user asks to rationalize requirements for ease of coding and maximum automation value.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or a related field
- Proficiency in data analytics, including experience with data extraction, modeling, and interpretation to support strategic decision-making
- Excellent Payments Domain Expertise
- Ability to be an active contributor in Requirement Elaboration Sessions.
- Ability to bridge between product managers, businesses, operations, and the software development team
- Ability to create and review E2E Test Requirements (Positive and Negative) for full coverage, including testable Acceptance Criteria
- Good Agile Product owner skills including usage of JIRA, Confluence
- Advanced data visualization capabilities, with hands-on experience in implementing and managing BI dashboards
- Strong technical writing skills, with a proven track record of translating complex information into clear and concise documentation for diverse stakeholder audiences. Ability to write a test strategy and define test plan.
- Ability to influence design solutions given knowledge of the Payment Systems and front to back payment flows. Ability to create backlog of Automation
- Advanced knowledge of data fluency, including experience in handling large, diverse data sets and generating insights to drive business objectives
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Knowledge of High Value Payments Systems, Low Value Payments Systems, and Real Time Payment rails
- Demonstrate experience of front to back payment flows and workings of applications under test.
- Knowledge and understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle
- Experience of agile methodologies
