Senior Oracle Fusion Project Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information technology, computer science, engineering, business or related courses

• At least 8 years of direct experience in Project Management and Program Leadership with proven record of success

• PMI-PMP, PMI-PgMP, CSM or SAFe certification a plus

• At least 2 large Oracle Fusion implementation projects delivered successfully as the Lead Project Manager

• Previous project experience that incorporated organizational change management preferred

• Able to collaborate with internal and client stakeholders, including business analysts, business users, architects, client relations, project managers and sponsors

• Skilled in project progress and metrics reporting for project teams through executives

• Able to use various project management methodologies, including agile and waterfall

• Experienced in balancing critical issue resolution and competing priorities

• Skilled in identifying client training requirements and customizing training content as needed

• Lead cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. 

• Empower teams to take ownership of their work and continuously improve project delivery processes. 

• Drive a collaborative and transparent working environment. 

• Proactively manage risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring minimal impact on project objectives. 

• Expertise in developing detailed program/project execution plan and managing all implementation processes including budget management, resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training and on-time delivery within budget constraints, and quickly establish yourself as a go-to leader.
