What you’ll do
- Lead and execute large-scale GTM programs and business initiatives, creating structure, clarity, and accountability across teams
- Partner cross-functionally with stakeholders in Revenue Operations, Enablement, and Solutions Engineering to align priorities and deliver results
- Own project plans, timelines, and communication - ensuring visibility and consistent progress toward milestones
- Identify and drive process improvements that streamline GTM operations and enhance team efficiency
- Drive business operations support for the Solutions Engineering organization, including maintaining day-to-day standard operational procedures, as well as cross-functional coordination during peak periods
What you’ll bring
Sprout Social is looking for a highly organized and execution-oriented Senior Operations Program Manager who thrives on driving clarity, accountability, and results across complex organizational operations.
The minimum qualifications for this role include:
- 6+ years of experience in Program Management supporting Business/Revenue Operations, ideally within a SaaS environment
- Proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional programs from planning to completion
- Demonstrated ability to influence and drive accountability across diverse stakeholders
- High attention to detail with a bias for action and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience using Salesforce
Preferred qualifications for this role include:
- Comfort with tools such Tableau, Redshift, SQL, Smartsheet, etc.
- A driver mindset - ability to balance diplomacy with assertiveness to ensure commitments are met
- Passion for optimizing processes, managing timelines, and helping teams deliver impactful business outcomes
How you’ll grow
Within 1 month, you’ll plant your roots, including:
- Complete Sprout Social’s new hire training & onboarding program alongside other new Sprout team members. You’ll gain a broader understanding of our products and how your role fits into the organization!
- Begin developing familiarity with our business, platform, and applications, as well as our company’s key metrics
- Acclimate yourself with the day to day responsibilities of your role by meeting with key stakeholders across the business and gaining a clear understanding on ongoing GTM programs and SE operational processes
- Partnering with your leader to define success metrics for your role and key projects you’ll begin supporting
Within 3 months, you’ll start hitting your stride by:
- Taking ownership of active cross-functional projects - leading timelines, meetings, and deliverables
- Identifying quick wins to improve coordination and efficiency across GTM programs
- Partnering with SE leadership to understand operational pain points and prioritize improvement areas
- Establishing consistent communication rhythms (status reports, stakeholder updates, etc.) for visibility and alignment
Within 6 months, you’ll be making a clear impact through:
- Owning multiple end-to-end programs that directly influence GTM productivity, forecasting accuracy, process adoption, etc.
- Creating scalable frameworks and templates for project management and reporting
- Proactively identifying business process gaps and driving structured solutions with relevant partners
- Helping the SE organization stay “lights-on” operationally while driving broader GTM impact
Within 12 months, you’ll make this role your own by:
- Being recognized as a key operational leader and go-to partner for cross-functional GTM initiatives
- Streamlining the planning and execution of high-impact programs across the Sales & Success organization while defining successful outcomes clearly
- Building repeatable processes that enable better forecasting, efficiency, and collaboration across global teams
- Driving measurable business results through disciplined project management, thoughtful communication, and partnership

Whenever possible, Sprout wants to provide our team with the flexibility to work in the location that makes the most sense for them. Sprout maintains a remote workforce in many places in the United States. Individual base pay is based on various factors, including work location, relevant experience and skills, the responsibility of the role, and job duties/requirements. In the United States, we have two geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires are:
- Zone 1 (New York, California, Washington): $130,416 (min), $163,000 (mid), $179,300 (max) USD annually
- Zone 2 (All other US states): $118,600 (min), $148,200 (mid), $163,020 (max) USD annually
The listed ranges represent the full earning potential in this position. Starting salaries for well-qualified new hires are typically around the midpoint of the range. These ranges were determined by a market-based compensation approach; we used data from trusted third-party compensation sources to set equitable, consistent, and competitive ranges. We also evaluate compensation bi-annually, identify any changes in the market and make adjustments to our ranges and existing employee compensation as needed.
Base pay is only one element of an employee's total compensation at Sprout. Every Sprout team member has an opportunity to receive restricted stock units (RSUs) under Sprout’s equity plan. Employees (and their dependents) are covered by medical, dental, vision, basic life, accidental death, and dismemberment insurance, and Modern Health (a wellness benefit). Employees are able to enroll in Sprout’s company’s 401k plan, in which Sprout will match 50% of your contributions up to 6% with a maximum contribution. Sprout offers “Flexible Paid Time Off” and ten paid holidays.
