Primary Responsibilities:

• Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues to maintain high levels of performance and availability
• Perform routine network maintenance tasks, including software and hardware updates
• Install and configure network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers
• Develop and implement network security measures to protect sensitive data
• Create and maintain documentation for network configurations and troubleshooting steps
• Coordinate with vendors for new systems technologies and manage installations
• Respond to network-related issues reported by users, offering immediate solutions or escalating as necessary
• Recommend upgrades and improvements based on performance monitoring and trends
• Provide first-level troubleshooting support for networking issues
• Assist with the configuration and deployment of network hardware and software
• Manage network documentation and maintain updated network schematics
• Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve complex network issues
• Perform routine network maintenance and updates
• Respond promptly to network alerts and service requests
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices related to networking
• Participates in On Call Rotation 24/7
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Any degree with 5+ years of experience
• Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols
• Experience with network monitoring tools
• Proven solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proven excellent communication and customer service skills
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
