Join Digital Solutions (DS), an enterprise-shared technology service enabling people, functions, and divisions. You will report directly to the Chief of Staff for Digital Solutions. Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality content and presentations that effectively communicate data-driven stories.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze data for storytelling purposes.
- Develop visually appealing and engaging presentations using tools like PowerPoint and other design software.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy in all content and presentations.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data storytelling and presentation design.
- Tailor storytelling for executives, requiring the gathering of information across various organizational towers.
- Partner closely with the Chief of Staff, Communications, People teams, and the Digital Solutions Leadership Team.
- Develop presentations that help visually tell the Digital Solutions narratives with data for Board decks, Town Halls, and other forums.
- Manage the quarterly "Raising the Bar" internal recognition program
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team and support People Leaders through the annual intern cycle, including aggregating open requisitions, obtaining finance approval, and tracking progress.
- Design and oversee the global summer intern program, including weekly connects, social events, and end-of-program project presentations.
Basic Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in crafting high-quality content and presentations within a corporate or consulting setting.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to transform complex data into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, ensuring efficient handling of multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and other advanced presentation design tools, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, fostering effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
- Acute attention to detail, coupled with a strong sense of visual design and aesthetics, ensuring polished and professional outcomes.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- 4-7 years of proven experience in data visualization and storytelling, showcasing the ability to create impactful visual narratives.
- Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI, Adobe Illustrator, and PowerPoint, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise and creativity.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, effectively managing multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
