- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Python, and microservices architecture.
- Champion best practices in SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, and automated testing (JUnit).
- Architect and implement solutions leveraging AWS Cloud services (Lambda, ECS, Glue, SQS, etc.).
- Ensure high standards of code quality, security, and performance.
- Foster executive presence and effective communication with stakeholders and leadership.
- Drive adoption of modern engineering tools and frameworks, including Kafka and microservices.
- Mentor and develop engineering talent, promoting continuous learning and growth.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Proven experience in software engineering leadership roles.
- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Python, and full-stack development.
- Proven experience in SDLC, microservices, DevOps, CI/CD, and automated testing (JUnit).
- Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services (Lambda, ECS, Glue, SQS, etc.).
- Familiarity with Kafka and distributed systems.
- Demonstrated leadership EQ and executive presence.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in financial services or large-scale enterprise environments.
