Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple AWS cloud transformation and application delivery projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Manage cross-functional teams including Engineering, DevOps, QA, Product, and Business stakeholders
- Drive sprint planning, backlog prioritization, release management, and delivery execution
- Oversee AWS architecture, cloud migration, modernization, and operational excellence initiatives
- Track project scope, risks, dependencies, budgets, and delivery metrics
- Establish governance, reporting, and executive-level status communications
- Mentor engineering managers, scrum masters, and technical leads to improve team performance and Agile maturity
- Partner with business leaders to align technology roadmaps with strategic objectives

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
- 10+ years of technology delivery experience with 5+ years in leadership/people management roles
- Proven experience managing large-scale AWS projects and cloud transformation programs
- Solid knowledge of AWS services (EC2, Lambda, ECS/EKS, RDS, S3, API Gateway, CloudWatch, IAM)
- Hands-on understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation), and microservices architectures
