- Ensure the effective utilization of our existing technology stack.
Compensation Strategy and Administration (Sales & Customer Success):
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance leadership to provide data-driven insights and recommendations for optimizing commission and incentive plan design to drive desired behaviours, improve performance, and align with overall business goals.
- Oversee the accurate and timely calculation of sales commissions and customer success incentives based on established plans, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Analyze the effectiveness of current compensation plans, identifying areas for improvement and proposing strategic adjustments based on performance data, market trends, and business priorities.
- Work closely with Finance to ensure accurate and timely payout of commissions and incentives, and contribute to forecasting compensation expenses.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership to understand their needs, provide operational support, and facilitate effective communication.
- Collaborate with Finance, Data, Product, and other departments as needed.
Project Management:
- Lead and manage various revenue operations projects from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
