Make Your Mark:
We are seeking a senior, hands-on developer to act as the technical lead for the Finance Enterprise Applications team, spearheading our automation, AI, and data programs. This is a premier engineering role responsible for personally designing and building advanced, AI-powered solutions to solve our most complex financial process challenges.
Your mission is to deliver a new class of intelligent automation by leveraging our core enterprise platforms and state-of-the-art AI technology. As the lead developer, you will be writing the code and building the specialized solutions that drive significant efficiency and intelligence within our critical financial systems.
You'll Get To:

• • Intelligent Agent Development: Serve as the lead hands-on developer for the Finance organization's AI agents. You will design, develop, and deploy sophisticated agents to automate complex financial tasks by utilizing state-of-the-art AI technology, leveraging the latest frameworks, such as Google's Agent Development Kit (ADK).
  • AI Data Modeling & Semantic Layer: Design and build the finance-specific semantic layer within Snowflake. You will personally write the code and create the logic to translate raw transactional data into high-fidelity, business-centric data models that serve as the trusted knowledge base for your AI agents.
  • Intelligent Workflow Automation: Engineer and build robust, scalable workflows in Workato that enable your AI agents to interact with our financial SaaS stack (NetSuite, Coupa, BlackLine, Zuora). You will own the development of the core integration and automation layer.
  • Custom AI Solution Development: Lead the end-to-end development of custom AI-powered solutions that consume data from the semantic layer. This includes prototyping, coding, and deploying new capabilities to automate reconciliations, enhance forecasting, and detect anomalies.
  • Secure & Compliant Code: As the lead developer, ensure all code and configurations-from agents to data models-are engineered to adhere strictly to ITGCs, ISO compliance, SOX compliance, and change management protocols, guaranteeing the integrity and auditability of all automated processes.
  • Technical Mentorship & Leadership: Guide and mentor a specialized team, establishing a culture of high-performance engineering and agile delivery. You will set the technical standard as the primary subject matter expert for applied AI and automation within the finance domain.

What You'll Bring:

• 7-10+ years of experience in a senior, hands-on software development or data engineering role, with a deep focus on the finance domain.

• Demonstrable, expert-level experience building custom applications or intelligent agents by applying modern AI technologies, utilizing LLM frameworks like Agent Development Kits (ADKs) to harness a range of Large Language Models (e.g., Google Gemini, OpenAI's GPT series, Anthropic's Claude).

• Deep, hands-on mastery of modern enterprise integration platforms, specifically Workato, used to engineer and build complex workflows.

• Expert-level development expertise in Snowflake and SQL, with a proven track record of writing code to build robust semantic layers or business-centric data models.

• Mastery of modern financial SaaS platforms (NetSuite, Coupa, Zip, BlackLine, and Zuora) and their respective APIs.

• Mandatory prior experience modeling complex Quote-to-Cash data schemas from systems like Zuora, CPQ, or enterprise billing platforms.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related, highly quantitative field.
