Job Description
- Own end-to-end delivery and operations of ServiceNow platform and collaboration platforms.
- Lead platform strategy including rationalization and adoption of enterprise collaboration tools.
- Drive DevOps maturity including CI/CD, release governance, and automation.
- Manage vulnerability management programs across platforms.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards and regulations.
- Plan and execute platform upgrades and modernization initiatives.
- Oversee governance and lifecycle management of content platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define platform roadmaps and delivery priorities.
- Provide leadership in architecture and design discussions.
- Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, and reporting for platform health.
- Drive awareness, training, and adoption initiatives.
- Lead and mentor team members and act as escalation point.
