To design, implement, and manage the organization’s compensation and benefits framework, ensuring internal equity, external competitiveness, statutory compliance, and alignment with business strategy. The role focuses on driving data-driven compensation practices, optimizing cost structures, and enhancing employee value proposition.

Strategic & Analytical Responsibilities - Design and implement compensation structures, salary bands, and grading frameworks.
- Lead annual compensation benchmarking using market data.
- Drive salary revision cycles, budgeting, and increment planning.
- Develop and manage incentive plans (STI/LTI, sales incentives, retention bonuses).
- Conduct compensation analytics including pay equity and attrition trends.
- Align compensation strategy with business goals.

- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity).
- Drive automation in compensation processes.
- Manage job evaluation and grading systems. 4. People & Cross-Functional Responsibilities - Collaborate with HRBPs and business leaders.
- Support hiring through compensation structuring.
- Drive employee communication.

Essential: MBA / PGDM in HR, Finance, or equivalent
Preferred: Certification in Compensation & Benefits
ExperienceEssential: 8–12 years in Compensation & Benefits
Preferred: Experience in manufacturing / solar sector and large organizations
