Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead complex customer solutioning initiatives
- Drive architecture and reusable solution patterns
- Mentor AI Solution Leads
- Collaborate with Productization and Delivery organizations
- Shape AI-native operating standards
- Drive strategic healthcare AI opportunities
- Own strategic pipeline visibility and opportunity governance for Solution Engineering
- Partner with GTM leadership on strategic pursuits and account planning
- Drive prioritization of high-value opportunities and resource alignment
- Provide executive-level technical engagement for strategic customer accounts
- Identify market trends and emerging healthcare AI opportunities

Required Qualifications:
- Solid customer-facing experience
- Experience leading AI transformation initiatives
- Deep AI engineering and architecture expertise
- Demonstrated ability to rapidly prototype and vibe code hands-on using AI-native engineering workflows
- Proven leadership in technical solutioning
- Proven solid executive communication capability
- Proven solid product and design sensibility with an eye for customer-centric experiences
- Proven solid taste for high-quality solution experiences, demos, and user journeys
