As an AI/ML Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of AI-driven systems while overseeing the integration with Enterprise Data Platform solutions. You will provide technical leadership for the new breed of AI-native products, measure and drive adoption with the engineers, ensuring successful outcomes and value. You would have a unique opportunity to bring innovation and deliver impactful results. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, fast learner, adept problem-solver, and full stack Engineer with deep knowledge in how to build AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the design and architecture of ML system, including prompt generation strategies and integration with Snowflake data warehouses.
• Own the development and optimization of AI solution design and algorithms, ensuring high-quality outputs and scalability.
• Lead the implementation and maintenance of process, automation, and data solutions for data platform and analysis with various tools and libraries.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, data engineers, and product managers, to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, incorporating best practices and innovative approaches into our technical solutions.
• Worked in the agile dev life cycle and understands best practices for software development and project management.

Qualifications
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, or related field with a min of 5+ years of experience in building full stack AI applications
• Extensive experience with AI/ML technologies and frameworks, such as GenAI models, ML algorithms, Deep learning understanding
• Deep competence in prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and optimizing LLM performance. Hands-on expertise with leading models such as GPT, Claude, and open-source alternatives.
• Advanced level hands on experience with Py, SQL, thorough working experience with AI and GenAI models and libraries etc.
• Proficiency in Snowflake data warehousing solutions, including data design, performance tuning etc.
• Expertise in SQL programming, with the ability to write complex queries and optimize database performance
• Proven experience as a lead engineer with a strong track record of leading successful AI and data engineering projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Fast learner with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively

Good to have:

• Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform
• Familiarity with UX frameworks
