Senior Lead Product Designer

The purpose of this role is leading, developing and mentoring the Experience Design team into the creation and delivery of a unified Experience Design vision within the organisation, whilst being the ultimate champion of the user throughout the creative process. An Experience Design Director easily grasps the needs of an audience and can balance those against the client’s business goals, enabling them to translate that complex relationship into effective and compelling experiences and interactions, infused with best practices and visionary insights earned through years of hands-on experience.

Role Overview

The purpose of this role is to be a creative, task-based problem solver who is passionate about creating experiences that engage the imagination while empowering users to bring the brand to life. This role includes elements of Product Design, UX Design, UI Design, and Visual Design.

Involved in projects from the beginning, Product Designers work closely with Strategists & Art Directors to help shape and produce the experience vision — from concept through to a finished product.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand product specifications and identify user touchpoints and interactions across multiple user journeys
• •‘As is’ and ‘to be’ states gap analysis and action plan
• Running stakeholder workshops to gather product insights
• Conduct remote and on-site research or usability testing with real users
• Stay up to date with competitor products, emerging design patterns, and industry trends
• Develop wireframes, task flows, and user journeys based on user needs and business goals
• Collaborate closely with other designers, product teams, business analysts, engineers, and project managers to build intuitive, user-friendly software solutions
• Create, maintain, and iterate on core UX design deliverables throughout the product lifecycle
• Assist in creating final dev ready UI screens with the help of existing design system

Experience & Skills

• 6+ years of professional experience in UX Design or related fields
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices
• Proven experience working on end-to-end digital product design
• Ability to clearly communicate design decisions and collaborate across cross-functional teams
