The Position
As a Senior IT Professional QA Automation Engineer you will be accountable for design, coding and implementation of QA automation. You will also be responsible for stakeholder engagement and assisting team members to success. Work closely with global team ensure close collaboration and global team mindset
Your team: You will be a part of the global team working on multiple, cutting edge technologies (such as: HP UFT/ Selenium Web driver/TOSCA/WorkSoft Certify) to develop solutions for S4 Hana and other integrated applications.
Your key responsibilities:

Stakeholder management ability to understand what they need and provide suggestions and consultation on Test automation space.

Technical design and development of test automation scripting for large core product and functional components.

Perform requirement and design analysis and prepare functional, regression, automation and performance test specifications, test cases, and test data.

Conduct product validation test execution, develop test plans and test strategy, report defects and generate test reports.

Work closely with application development, architecture, and infrastructure teams for automation, performance testing and application analysis initiatives to define success criteria

Enhance/Contribute to an automated test framework for Functional (UI & API Tests) or NonFunctional (Performance & Security Tests).

Lead junior team member on test automation and drive adoption.

Review test cases and automate as much as possible

Should be able to do functional and System Test
-
Ensure test results are documented and traceable.

Should be fit for fast paced and culture fit for team
Your qualifications and experience:
-
Minimum 5 years of experience related to QA automation development in enterprise project/product
-
Good understanding of contemporary QA/test principles, methodologies, and techniques in regard to testing needs in healthcare.
-
Vital commanding over at least one of the automation tools such as HP UF/, Selenium Web driver/TOSCA/WorkSoft Certify
-
Experience with Event-Driven, Micro Services, API Driven architecture

Strong Knowledge of programming languages like Java/Python/VB Scripts and scripting code(JavaScript, Perl/Ruby)
-
Good knowledge about test automation of REST API and Swagger; ability to understand/define API contracts, and understanding of Consumer Contract concept
-
Experience in creating automation strategies, including design, development, and testing
-
Extensive experience with REST, SOAP UI for Web Services (tools like SoapUI, POSTMAN, REST-assured)
-
Knowledge supported by hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks (example: BDD, TDD, Hybride);
-
Excellent ability to test results reporting and present them to the team/stakeholders from different levels of the organization and different business units; stakeholders management skills would be an asset

Good understanding and experience in implementing test automation in big-scale projects

Experience working with tools like Jira, HP ALM, Retina, or similar ALM tools;
-
Experience in performing white-box testing rather than traditional black-box testing.

Ability proactively leads the Automation effort and experience with Agile delivery.

Experience in Agile development model – Scrum/Kanban method
-
Ability to understand technical processes, with strong communication skills and the ability to train/coach others
-
Ability to proactively lead the testing effort and work in cross-functional Teams
-
Experience with GxP systems;
-
Experience in Cloud/ DevOps would be an advantage
