The Information Technology team at Rubrik influences business processes, employee experience, and technologies to scale our organization to $1B+. This team creates operational efficiency across the company by centralizing the management of Infrastructure, Technology, and Data. The IT team ensures all stages of the software development lifecycle in a secured environment and scrutinizes the deployment of proper processes along with governance. They champion Rubrik on Rubrik and are the first customers of the Engineering teams at Rubrik.

Rubrik Corp IT is constructed of 100% SaaS and 0% on-premises. The IT team caters to accelerated enhancement of business value and multiple day-to-day business processes through our varied SaaS applications like Salesforce.com, Oracle Netsuite, Workday, Snowflake, Etrade, jitterbit, Allocadia, etc. This team also delivers high-paced business outcomes with 100% system uptime backed by agile, nimble, simple, but cohesive Cloud architectures.

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce CPQ and Sales Cloud professional with 8+ years of hands-on and strategic experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Sales Cloud and CPQ architecture, project delivery, and stakeholder management, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, efficient Salesforce solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.


What you’ll do:
  • Lead and Develop end-to-end Salesforce CPQ and Sales Cloud implementations and enhancements across multiple business units or clients.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to analyze sales processes, product structures, pricing strategies, and quoting workflows, and translate these into high-impact Salesforce solutions.
  • Architect and deliver Sales Cloud functionalities including Lead, Opportunity, Forecasting, Territory Management, and Pipeline visibility enhancements.
  • Optimize and automate sales and quote-to-cash processes to improve productivity and user experience.
  • Develop scalable CPQ configurations including product bundles, pricing models, approval workflows, and contract lifecycle management.
  • Define best practices and governance frameworks for Salesforce implementation, ensuring maintainability and alignment with platform standards.
  • Collaborate with technical and functional teams to deliver integrated solutions across CPQ, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other business systems.
  • Mentor junior consultants and administrators, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams, driving adoption and alignment with business goals.
Experience you’ll need:
  • 8+ years of Salesforce experience, including 3+ years in Salesforce CPQ and Sales Cloud solution design and implementation.
  • Proven expertise across multiple project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) with a strong understanding of Salesforce delivery best practices.
  • Deep functional and technical knowledge of both Sales Cloud and CPQ data models.
  • Core Sales Cloud capabilities: Lead and Opportunity Management, Forecasting, Territory Management, Reports & Dashboards, Sales Analytics, and Automation.
  • Salesforce automation tools: Flows, Process Builder, Approval Processes, and native declarative features.
  • Product configuration (bundling, configuration attributes, option constraints).
  • Pricing methods (block, cost-plus, discounting rules, formula-based pricing).
  • Contract management, renewals, and amendments.
  • Output document generation (quote templates, proposal automation).
  • CPQ data migration and transformation including historical data.
  • Hands-on experience working with large quotes, high data volumes, multi-currency, and multi-org environments.
  • Strong capability in user experience optimization for Sales Cloud and CPQ end users.
Certifications (Preferred):
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant
  • Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist
  • Salesforce Certified Application or System Architect
