Senior Graphic Designer

Reveal HealthTech partners with a range of clients across the health care and life sciences industries to improve their use of data via machine learning and AI to better serve their own customers and patients. We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Designer to join our Product Design team and support our Marketing and Sales efforts.

You’ll work cross-functionally with teams across Marketing, Sales, and Product Design to bring to life a range of collateral—from sales decks and case studies to digital campaigns and conference materials. Our brand is continually evolving, and you’ll play an active role in shaping both our tactical design systems and broader strategic expression.

This role is ideal for a designer who can balance creativity with clarity, and who understands how to communicate complex ideas with precision and visual impact.

Responsibilities include:

• Design clear, compelling marketing and sales assets tailored for a B2B audience in healthcare and life sciences
• Collaborate closely with marketers, sales professionals, and product designers to translate complex information into visually engaging deliverables
• Help refine and expand our brand’s visual identity as it evolves to meet the needs of specific industry audiences
• Balance multiple projects and timelines while maintaining a high standard of design quality and consistency
• Contribute to the development of our visual strategy—from day-to-day production to long-term brand initiatives

• Have 3–5 years of experience in marketing or graphic design, preferably within a B2B or highly regulated industry like healthcare, life sciences, or technology
• Be proficient in one or more design tools (Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud preferred)
• Be “customer obsessed”—do everything with the audience in mind, and be sensitive to the contexts from which they approach our materials
• Have self-starter mindset with a collaborative approach and comfort incorporating feedback from diverse teams
• Share a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to design for business audiences and highlighting excellent layout, typography, and visual storytelling skills

Bonus Points

• Be experienced in designing content for healthcare, life sciences, or biotech clients
• Be familiar with regulatory or compliance considerations in marketing communications
• Have skills in motion design and/or basic video editing
