Role
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Engineering Manager to join our Digital Experience product engineering team. This is a hybrid role based in Bangalore, reporting to the Senior Director of Engineering, Agentic IT Ops & Digital Experience. You’ll lead a core part of the Digital Experience product engineering team, providing end-to-end visibility into user experience at a massive scale. By combining endpoint telemetry, synthetic monitoring, and cloud analytics, you will turn raw signals into actionable insights that help organizations worldwide maintain peak productivity.
What you’ll do (Role Expectations)
Lead, grow, and mentor a high-performing team of 6–12 software engineers, driving hiring, performance management, and career development
Own end-to-end delivery of critical Digital Experience components like endpoint agents and analytics services, driving roadmap execution in partnership with Product Management
Ensure services are highly reliable, secure, and scalable by guiding architecture and design reviews aligned with long-term platform goals
Champion observability and partner with SRE and Customer Success teams to reduce incidents and improve product quality
Collaborate across data platforms and UX teams to deliver cohesive, end-to-end digital experience workflows

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years directly managing engineering teams in a product environment
Proven track record delivering large-scale, highly available distributed systems or observability and networking products
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, and TLS alongside cloud platforms and container orchestrations
- Expertise with data pipelines, ETL for telemetry data, and modern analytics platforms such as Azure Data Explorer or BigQuery
- Experience applying AI/ML to observability, anomaly detection, or automated troubleshooting
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Prior experience leading teams in APM, NPM, DEM, or endpoint network monitoring domains
Demonstrated ability to set technical direction and drive predictable execution while managing diverse stakeholder
