We’re looking for a Backend Engineer (.NET) who expects more from their career. This role offers an opportunity to build scalable, high-performance, and multi-tenant solutions within the platform engineering team. You'll play a key role in enhancing code quality and engineering excellence, contributing to critical architecture decisions, and enabling multi-tenant capabilities across distributed systems in a data-driven environment.
Key Technical Skills Required:
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and RESTful API development.
• Experience with asynchronous programming, concurrency control, and event-driven architecture (Pub/Sub, Kafka, etc.).
• Deep understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks and a TDD approach to development.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes (K8s) for containerized applications.
• Strong knowledge of performance tuning, security best practices, and observability (monitoring/logging/alerting).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Helm, or similar).
• Exposure to multi-tenant architectures with strong understanding of NFRs, including tenant isolation strategies, secure resource partitioning, performance profiling across tenants, shared vs. isolated resource models, and scalable, resilient design patterns for onboarding and operating multiple tenants concurrently.
• Proficiency in relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred) and exposure to NoSQL solutions.
