The team
Data Management Solutions Focus – Disaster Recovery, Backup & Recovery, High Availability, Ransomware, Governance and Compliance, and Unstructured Data Solutions. Delivering this cross-portfolio data management solution will be critical to our success in hybrid cloud management and ensure that we place, protect, and secure our customer data in cost-optimized infrastructure, whether on-prem or in the cloud
The role
Develop and implement comprehensive data protection strategies using Veeam/CommVault/Veritas NetBackup
Develop and deploy Veeam/CommVault/Veritas NetBackup data protection solutions tailored to client needs
Integrate Veeam/CommVault/Veritas NetBackup solutions with existing Hitachi Block/File/Object storage infrastructure, including integration with various network environments.
Participate in technical presentations and webinars to educate customers and partners
Manage backup and recovery operations for applications, databases, and operating systems
What you’ll bring
What you’ll bring:
Min 7-8 Years of Hand-On Experience with Veeam/CommVault/Veritas NetBackup data backup and recovery
Min 6-7 Years of Hand-On Experience with NetApp/Hitachi/EMC/Pure storage (SAN/NAS)
Good Knowledge in Linux and VMware
Hand-On Experience on various network environments
Skilled in AWS/GCP/Azure
Experience in requirement gathering, Test Planning, Test Effort estimation, Test case designing, Test cases execution and Reporting.
Strong ability to communicate with different stakeholders.
Ability to analyze data protection requirements and develop effective solutions.
Maintain accurate documentation of backup and recovery processes.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve backup and recovery issues efficiently.
Qualifications: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
