JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Coordinates post-sale activities to ensure customers are meeting TIC certification requirements and product or service adoption timelines.
  • Serves as a single point of contact for post-sales services and ongoing relationship support for assigned customer contacts.
  • Builds trust, transparency, and loyalty with customer contacts; gauges customers levels of engagement with UL and directs feedback internally when appropriate.
  • Connects customer personnel to relevant UL personnel (account managers, Sales Representatives (TSRs)/ Technical Inside Sales Representatives (TISRs), delivery teams and engineers, etc. ) when applicable.
  • Takes ownership of a variety of product, investment, and technical issues and ensure complete resolution from the customers perspective.
  • Supports implementation and fulfilment teams to deliver solution to customer post-sale.
  • Proactively identifies frequent pain points and roadblocks to TIC product / service implementation and prepares solutions.
  • Collaborates with internal resources until an issue is resolved and communicated to customer.
  • Provides input to account manager or TSR/TISR to inform sales strategy based on partnership with customer and deep understanding of needs, where applicable.
  • Builds an internal UL problem solving network, proactively engages internal personnel to anticipate problems, improve delivery, etc.
  • Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Providing customer services for customers
  • commercial coordination that supporting sales activity
  • liaison with internal team for serving our customers.
  • Farm and grow the accounts given
  • Supporting and back up activities for field sales
  • Internal backend system handling for quotation delivery, order booking, project booking etc.
  • Support commercial analysis and other commercial activities
  • Participating night call with overseas affiliates will be required.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelors and/or graduate degree in business, engineering, or related field.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and CRM software.
  • Preferably with 6+ years of related experience.
  • Relevant knowledge and capabilities related to TIC products / services. (Electrical)
  • Previous experience in customer facing job, ideally with senior and executive-level customer contacts.
  • Business acumen and understanding of business sales processes
  • Aggressive, patient and well-organized for Mutiple works
  • Experiences in TIC or appliances industry will be preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills for communicating with different people like customer, sales and with engineers.
  • Demonstrate ability of self-initiative, self-motivated and self-learning.
  • Demonstrate with strong customer centric mentality
