Implement and support UDS and ECU flashing functionality, integrating CAN, CAN FD, and ISO-TP communications through hardware APIs such as Vector XL, PCAN-Basic, Kvaser CANlib, Vehicle Spy, or NI-XNET.

Requirements Must-Have Skills
✅ 5+ years of hands-on C# / .NET desktop application development
✅ Strong experience with WPF or WinForms
