As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor within a dynamic global enterprise. Facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring successful outcomes. Take ownership of complex initiatives, focusing on seamless collaboration and effective results beyond traditional requirement gathering.
As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Partnering with global stakeholders to identify intricate business challenges, providing consultative insights, and recommending scalable CRM solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
- Facilitating alignment among differing business units, efficiently managing scope, and guiding stakeholders toward standard system capabilities to reduce technical debt.
- Leading discovery workshops and converting unclear business needs into detailed business and functional requirement documents (BRDs/FRDs).
- Collaborating closely with Developers, Technical Architects, Managers, and QA to confirm feasibility, craft user stories, and align on requirements pre-execution.
- Embedding deeply with delivery teams throughout the SDLC, resolving blockers, addressing technical dependencies, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Mapping upstream and downstream data flows, ensuring seamless integrity and alignment across diverse global business processes effectively.
- Leading end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles, defining test scenarios, and coordinating business testers.
- Providing mature post-go-live support (Hypercare), triaging complex user issues alongside developers, and ensuring smooth business adoption.
Do what you love
To be successful in this role you will:
- Bring 6+ years of professional experience with practical expertise in STEM fields like Computer Science or Information Systems.
- 4+ years of experience explicitly operating in a Business Systems Analyst or Technical BA capacity for enterprise-class systems.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce CRM platform, understanding its core architecture, capabilities, and limitations.
- Demonstrate expertise in crafting comprehensive functional requirements, technical user stories, and precise data mapping matrices for development teams.
