The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will create and maintain BI solutions, develop dashboards using Tableau, and ensure accurate reporting and communication with clients.
The purpose of this role is to create and support our business intelligence solutions. The role will help drive BI requirements with clients and ensure accurate reporting documentation is captured. This role will have strong understanding of BI tools and technologies. This role will directly interface with clients, third-party and other teams.

Key Skills & Experience:
- 5-6 years of strong working experience on Tableau BI tool
- Good understanding of data (Market Research)
- Ability to create dashboards that drive business decisions
- Intermediate SQL Knowledge (Ability to write intermediate SQL queries)
- Excellent Communication
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and Maintain Dashboards: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau based on business requirements.
- SQL Knowledge: Ability to write simple to intermediate SQL queries for data extraction, joins, and filtering from relational databases or data warehouses.
- Communication & Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, gather requirements and communicate data insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Data Preparation: Prepare, clean, and transform data for reporting.
- Quality Assurance and Testing: Conduct data validation and ensure accuracy and consistency in outputs by performing thorough QA of dashboards and reports.
- Documentation and Support: Document dashboard logic, data flow, and update processes. Provide support and enhancements based on user feedback and evolving business needs.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
