MAKE AN IMPACT
Role: Senior Business Analyst
Location: Mumbai (preferred).
Shift: Asia hours
Experience: 7-10 years
What we're looking for (in priority order):
- Securities Settlements experience — this is the most important, must-have criteria. Candidate should have hands-on BA experience in the settlements space (post-trade processing, trade confirmations, settlement fails, corporate actions, etc.). This is a niche skill, so please prioritize this over everything else below.
- Asia market exposure (nice to have) — experience working with Hong Kong, Japan, Taiwan, Korea, or China markets.
- Product knowledge (nice to have) — either Equities or Fixed Income (bonds/derivatives) side.
- Migration/modernization project experience (important, but secondary to #1) — candidate should have worked on a project where an old system/platform was being replaced or upgraded to a newer one.
What the person will actually do on the job:
- Document how things currently work (current-state documentation)
- Run workshops/meetings with both the Operations team and the Technology team
- Coordinate user testing (UAT) — making sure the new system works before it goes live
- Send regular status updates to stakeholders
