Job Description
Manage AP Invoice and T&E claim processing as per defined process/policies:
- Timely validation of vendor invoices/ employee claims
- Timely processing of vendor invoices/T&E claims in Oracle with correct GL code/Cost center code.
Follow AP process guidelines and manage user departments for vendor invoices queries. Timely response to employee queries on Service now tool/email. Assist employees with travel-related inquiries and issues. Maintain proper records and documentation. Support in month end activities-advances/query ageing, reconciliations etc. Support in Internal /Statutory audits
Job Specifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration.
- 3+ years of experience in AP/ T&E management
- Experience in Oracle and Concur will be an added advantage
- Good Inter-personal skills
