Job Description:
The main job purpose of the candidate will be accountable for US SSC Account Payable and preparing ad hoc requests and delivery of business services.
Job Responsibilities:
Invoice processing and accounting. Vendor query/issue management Dashboard reporting. Preparation of process documents including SOP’s and control testing. Prepare ADHOC report and analysis based on requirement. Actively participate in process improvements initiatives and add value. Regular Connects with Cross functional team and resolve queries and enquiries. End-to-End knowledge of AP functions including knowledge transition.
Desired Candidate Profile:
1) Graduate/Post-graduate/ MBA
2) 2-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable
3) Good Inter-personal Skill
4) Good Communication Skills (Both verbal and written)
5) Good excel, Presentation skills
6) Well versed with Oracle will be added advantage.
