In this role, you will be responsible for driving the design and implementation of advanced AI and Machine Learning solutions, leveraging your expertise to solve complex problems and enhance our product offerings.
As a Senior AI/ML Engineer, you will work closely with data scientists, product managers, and software engineers to create robust machine learning models and systems. You will be involved in the entire development lifecycle, from data wrangling to model deployment, embodying the principles of MLOps to ensure smooth and scalable implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build scalable ML models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn.
- Implement robust data pipelines to support model training and inference.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scopes.
- Conduct experiments to test and validate model effectiveness, iterating based on results.
- Oversee model deployment and monitoring, ensuring performance and reliability in production.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers in best practices for ML development.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in ML and apply them to enhance methodologies and solutions.
To excel in this role, you should have:
- 3-5 years of experience as an ML Engineer preferably with a Gaming industry background.
- Work closely with the ML Architect to develop on ML frameworks (TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn, Pytorch), Experimentation platform and tools.
- Experienced with Model training, versioning and monitoring.
- Develop large-scale distributed machine learning systems that are scalable, performant, efficient, and reliable
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to help deploy/integrate machine learning models. Liaise with the BUs for their ML needs and work on the cross-BU ML portfolio.
- Strong background in MLOps practices, including CI/CD, containerization (Docker), orchestration frameworks (Kubernetes, Airflow), model serving tools (AWS SageMaker, Databricks MLFlow), model observability frameworks, automation and feature stores.
- Optimize feature extraction, transformation and selection. Work with and manage Feature Stores for reusability across ML pipelines.
- Ensure scalability, reliability, cost efficiency, and ease of use of the machine learning platform
- Contribute to evaluating and adopting new technologies and tools to enhance our machine-learning capabilities

- Experience in a related Gaming domain
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and practices.
