Primary Responsibilities:
- Build agentic workflows using Semantic Kernel with tool calling, multi-agent coordination, and safe tool execution
- Implement RAG pipelines (chunking, embeddings, retrieval, ranking) with vector stores (e.g., Azure AI Search, Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS)
- Ship robust services in (C# / Typescript) with Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability, and cost/latency optimization
- Deploy and work with Cloud Native solutions (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Integrate with enterprise systems via APIs, MCP servers, message buses, and event-driven architectures; design function/tool schemas
- Apply Responsible AI practices-prompt injection defenses, content filters, PII/PHI redaction, audit logging, and human-in-the-loop
- Establish offline/online LLM evals (accuracy, hallucination rate, safety) using frameworks like Ragas/DeepEval/LangChain Eval
- Guide and mentor junior developers to foster team growth
- Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of experience with proficiency in languages such as C#, Java Python, or Go
