Job responsibilities
- Executes security solutions design, development, and technical troubleshooting with the ability to apply knowledge of existing security solutions to satisfy security requirements for internal clients (e.g., product, platform, application owners)
- Creates secure and high-quality production code and maintains algorithms that run synchronously with appropriate systems
- Applies specialized tools (e.g., vulnerability scanner) to analyze and correlate incident data to identify, interpret, and summarize the probability and impact of threats when determining specific vulnerabilities
- Leads delivery of continuity-related awareness, training, educational activities, and exercises
- Adds to team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Formal training or certification on Security engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience
- Skilled in creating security engineering solutions, including the design and implementation of cloud security measures on AWS, Azure, or GCP, adhering to best technical practices.
- Hands on experience in coding using Python and REACT JS.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Microsoft Azure, and proficient in container technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker.
- Proficient in CI/CD platforms like Jenkins, Jules, or Spinnaker.
- Experience in agile methodologies, including CI/CD, using Terraform and Jenkins/Jules for infrastructure as code to improve application resiliency, security, and deployment processes.
- Exhibits strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Familiarity with modern front-end technologies
- Relevant experience in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions, constantly seeking to be an expert
