Capgemini is seeking a Salesforce Solution Lead to drive innovative Salesforce solutions.
As a Salesforce Solution Lead, you will take on a leadership role in the design and implementation of comprehensive Salesforce-based solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements. You will oversee project lifecycles, from initial scoping through delivery, providing expert guidance to both internal teams and clients.
Your responsibilities will include collaborating closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, defining the solution architecture, and leading a team of developers and consultants in executing solutions efficiently. You will serve as the main point of contact for all Salesforce-related inquiries, leveraging your expertise in Salesforce products and technologies to propose effective strategies and improvements.
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in Salesforce architecture, configuration, customization, and integration, along with a minimum of 20 years in the CRM/Salesforce domain. A strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, data models, and system integrations is essential. A proven track record in managing Salesforce projects, including hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud is expected. This is complemented by excellent communication skills to effectively train and mentor team members.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required, with advanced Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Architect or Salesforce Technical Architect, being highly desirable. As a leader, you will also manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring that client satisfaction and project goals are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
