About the position:
Netskope is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Salesforce QA Analyst to join our Go-To-Market (GTM) Systems Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our Salesforce technical solution design through thorough testing and validation processes. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of Salesforce functionalities.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various Salesforce solutions.
- Partner with various GTM stakeholders to conduct comprehensive testing of Salesforce technical solutions prior to release into our production org.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on testing.
- Perform regression testing to ensure that new features and updates do not negatively impact existing functionalities.
- Document and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
- Participate in code reviews and provide input from a QA perspective.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance overall quality.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce updates, releases, and best practices.
- 3+ years experience as a QA Analyst with a focus on Salesforce applications.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform and its various functionalities.
- Proficiency in manual and automated testing methodologies.
- Knowledge of Apex programming language.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Quality Assurance certifications e.g. ISTQB, CSTE, or similar (optional)
- Bachelor’s degree (BSc) preferred.
