Leads risk-based control testing across UK and Europe, assessing control design and operating effectiveness. Plans testing scopes, sampling, evidence requirements, and assessment criteria; documents findings and remediation actions; validates issue closure; identifies systemic weaknesses and emerging risks; and reports insights to senior stakeholders. The role also supports RCSA, risk registers, thematic reviews, governance reporting, methodology development, and coaching colleagues.

Oversee daily front office and guest services operations, including check-in, check-out, registration, room inventory, and guest support. Lead and coach front desk staff, resolve concerns, monitor satisfaction, support upselling and revenue initiatives, train team members, and ensure VIP guests receive exceptional service. The role requires hospitality management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, PMS proficiency, problem-solving ability, English proficiency, and flexible availability.

Leads strategic account management for regional and national oncology GPO, network, and IDN accounts. Develops account and portfolio growth plans, builds relationships with healthcare decision-makers, identifies partnership and access opportunities, and coordinates cross-functional initiatives. Requires strong oncology marketplace, account management, value and access expertise, and prior oncology field sales leadership. This remote role covers the Northwest/Southwest region and requires 70% travel.
