About the Role:
CrowdStrike is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer specializing in CPQ and Revenue Cloud to join our growing Customer Applications team. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to design creative, scalable solutions that address complex business challenges and enhance our revenue cloud platform capabilities. You will architect and deliver first-class features and streamlined processes to meet evolving business requirements — all within a collaborative, high-velocity team environment that values innovation and continuous learning.
What You'll Do:
- Design, implement, enhance, deploy, and support Quote-to-Cash solutions leveraging Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud
- Provide L3 production support for the Salesforce platform, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex technical issues
- Collaborate closely with functional teams across Sales Operations, IT, Partner Programs, and Enterprise Services to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Participate in and lead code reviews to enforce coding standards, design patterns, and best practices
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans (unit, integration, UAT) to ensure high-quality solution delivery
- Communicate proactively with team members and stakeholders throughout all phases of development, testing, and deployment
- Provide accurate effort estimates and work breakdown structures for assigned tasks
- Stay current with Salesforce platform releases and proactively identify opportunities to leverage new features and capabilities
- Maintain thorough technical documentation for solutions, configurations, and processes
What You'll Need:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 3+ years of overall software development experience, with 2+ years focused on Salesforce CPQ application development and RCA experience
- Demonstrated end-to-end Quote-to-Cash implementation experience
Salesforce CPQ & Revenue Cloud Expertise
- Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud (formerly Salesforce CPQ & Billing)
- Deep working knowledge of the Lead-to-Cash / Quote-to-Cash lifecycle, including:
- Products, price books, and catalog management
- Quoting, approvals, amendments, renewals, and orders
- Handoff to billing and revenue recognition
- Expert-level proficiency in:
- Product configuration and bundles
- Complex pricing rules and discount schedules
- Product Filtering/Search Plugins and Guided Selling
- Quote Configurator Plugins and Advanced Approvals
- Salesforce CPQ and RCA APIs
- Strong understanding of CPQ sales motions including:
- Subscription-based licensing
- Various discounting models
- Amendments, extensions, co-terming, and renewals
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL
- Experience with Web Services (REST/SOAP) integrations
- Hands-on experience with Flow Builder (Cloud Flow Designer), Triggers, and automation tools
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, objects, and platform architecture
- Experience with version control systems such as Bitbucket or GitHub
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for Salesforce deployments (e.g., Salesforce DX, Copado, Gearset)
Certifications (Required)
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist
- Salesforce Revenue Cloud Consultant (or equivalent Revenue Cloud certification)
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Strong desire to continuously learn and apply emerging technologies to solve business problems
- Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.
Bonus Points:
- Hands-on Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) project delivery experience
- Familiarity with ERP integrations in a Quote-to-Cash context
- Experience in the cybersecurity or SaaS industry
- Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification
