What's the role?

The Sales Operations Manager will be a key member of the Global Sales Operations team, responsible for driving operational excellence, data quality, and insight generation for the Sales organization. This role partners closely with Sales Leadership, Finance, and Cross‑Functional teams to support growth through strong sales operations practices, CRM governance, and reporting. 

This position requires strong ownership, hands‑on Salesforce expertise, analytical thinking, and the ability to translate data into clear insights for decision‑makers.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage end‑to‑end Sales Operations processes, including pipeline management, forecasting support, performance tracking, and operational cadence.
  • Act as a Salesforce (SFDC) subject‑matter expert, ensuring data accuracy, CRM governance, and adherence to global sales processes.
  • Build, maintain, and enhance Salesforce reports and dashboards.
  • Prepare and distribute regular sales and business performance reports.
  • Proactively analyze sales data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Regional Sales Ops, and Analytics teams.
  • Support data hygiene, CRM enhancements, and process standardization initiatives.
  • Respond to ad‑hoc analytical and reporting requests.
  • Support Tableau dashboarding and visual analytics (nice to have).
Who are you?

·       5+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Business Operations.

·       Strong hands‑on experience with Salesforce CRM.

·       Solid understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting.

·       Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset.

·       Tableau reporting experience is a strong plus.
