The Sales Operations & Customer Success Specialist is responsible for driving efficiency, alignment, and performance across the sales and customer success. This role focuses on optimizing processes enabling revenue growth, supporting customer retention, and ensuring a seamless end-to-end client experience on both sales & claims.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Operations
- Design, implement, and optimize sales workflows tailored to digital insurance products and distribution models.
- Develop and maintain sales performance dashboards, KPIs, and forecasting tools (Power ΒΙ & Google analytics)
- Support sales planning, quota setting, and territory management.
- Design, implement & execute training plan to B2B customers.
- Coordinate with marketing on lead management and campaign tracking.
- Coordinate with sales teams in order to analyze sales trends, pipeline health, and conversion metrics to inform strategic decisions.
Customer Success Management
- Design & oversee customer’s lifecycle from onboarding to renewal and finally to claim, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Design & oversee onboarding and support processes for distribution partners (e.g., brokers, affinity groups, platforms).
- Design, develop, and continuously enhance dashboards, performance KPIs, and analytical tools (Power BI & Google Analytics) to monitor, analyze, and optimize the end-to-end customer experience
- Collaborate with product, design, tech and sales teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Implement feedback loops and continuous improvement processes, in collaboration with Tech and product teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a liaison between sales, product, tech teams, finance, and operations teams.
- Standardize documentation, training, and onboarding materials & ongoing support for B2B partners & customers.
- Contribute to go-to-market planning and commercial enablement across digital and traditional distribution channels.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations & customer success.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and customer journey mapping.
- Proven track record in process optimization and cross-functional project management.
- Analytical mindset in Excel, BI tools, and reporting.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Familiarity with Insurtech models is a strong plus
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience in creating and managing reports & dashboards in Google Analytics & BI tools
