Job Description- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape in East India.
- Analyze data to develop targeted strategies for market penetration and customer acquisition.
- Sales Strategy Development:
- Design and implement a robust sales strategy to drive revenue growth and increase market share in the region.
- Set achievable sales targets, and develop plans to surpass them consistently.
- Brand Expansion:
- Work closely with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and create awareness about our services in the east region.
- Develop partnerships and strategic alliances to promote brand growth and customer engagement.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve high performance and foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including bus operators, vendors, and customers.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and handle escalations effectively.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on progress, challenges, and strategic planning.
