We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our sales team with administrative tasks, lead management, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will oversee the complete sales process for single-unit brands, manage onboarding, and maintain CRM systems while ensuring seamless collaboration across departments.
1. Sales Support:
● Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and prospecting activities.
● Handle inbound sales phone support and manage single-unit integration requests.
2. Lead Management:
● Manage all leads for single-unit integration requests.
● Qualify and route leads appropriately.
● Respond to low-value leads and flag high-value opportunities for further follow-up.
3. Onboarding and Administrative Tasks:
● Facilitate the onboarding of new locations for existing brands.
● Handle a change of ownership and other administrative functions for current brands.
4. CRM Maintenance:
● Maintain and update data in HubSpot CRM.
● Ensure accurate and timely input of information to streamline sales processes.
5. Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
● Provide support to other departments, including customer support, when requested.
● Act as a liaison between sales, support, and other teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Any bachelor's degree, with 1-3 Years of experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot.
