Job DescriptionThe Opportunity
At Flywire, we are looking for a forward-thinking, motivated, and driven Relationship Associate (RA) to support the growth and success of our Education Agent partnerships across APAC. In this role, you will be responsible for strengthening relationships with key partners, driving adoption of the Flywire payment solution, and identifying opportunities to expand the value of our existing partnerships.
You will work closely with the Director, Agent Partnerships, India, executing strategies and initiatives that drive payer growth, increase revenue, and improve partner retention. This role requires a relationship-focused professional who can collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze client needs, and deliver exceptional partner experiences while ensuring Flywire remains the preferred payment solution for our partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Relationship Management Lead to execute regional strategies aimed at increasing NBFC business utilization, improving client retention, and driving revenue growth.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans for assigned NBFC clients to maximize product adoption, utilization, and long-term business opportunities.
- Present the company’s products and services to NBFC clients in a professional, informative, and consultative manner, ensuring clear understanding of value propositions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with NBFC clients by providing proactive support and addressing client inquiries in a timely manner.
- Monitor client engagement and identify opportunities to expand business relationships and service offerings.
- Ensure all client interactions, activities, and account updates are accurately recorded and maintained in the organization’s CRM system.
Reporting Line
- This role will report to the Senior Manager, Agent Partnerships – Education Loans.
Here’s What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in sales, account management, or client relationship management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Excellent presentation skills, including the ability to engage and influence audiences at all levels, including senior executives
- Strong attention to detail, with excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Proven analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment
- Project management experience with the ability to drive initiatives from planning through execution
- Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 10%)
Nice to Have
- Experience working within the Higher Education industry
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
