Develop and execute regional sales strategies, lead Area Sales Managers and field teams, achieve revenue and profitability targets, expand dealer and distribution networks, manage distributor and enterprise relationships, analyze sales performance, improve collections and inventory movement, and support market expansion and product launches.

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies

• Build relationships with key distributors and enterprise customers
• Review sales performance and drive corrective actions
• Ensure healthy collections and inventory movement
• Collaborate with Marketing, SCM, Finance, and Leadership
• Analyze business performance using sales dashboards and KPIs
• Drive market expansion initiatives and new product launches
Requirements
• Strong leadership and business development skills
• Experience managing multi-state sales operations
• Excellent commercial and analytical acumen
• Ability to build and scale sales teams
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities
• Experience in Energy, Battery, EV Battery, Lithium Battery or similar sectors preferred
