Primary Responsibilities:

• Work within Scrum teams to support QA tasks
• Fast learner, clear communication and executing the work assigned is critical
• Participate in discussions with the project team to analyze the functional and nonfunctional requirements of the solutions in Agile methodology
• Perform manual/automated testing and log detailed defects in Rally
• Design and develop scalable, flexible, and cross-platform automation tests
• Provide support in designing and execution of Performance tests based on Nonfunctional requirements
• Design and develop test approaches, test strategies, and test plans to ensure testing is right sized and risk-based testing principles are applied
• Participate in technical design reviews and be able to identify requirements ambiguity
• Provide QA status reports and escalate issues/risks in a timely manner to management for resolution
• Be responsible for ongoing continuous improvement to build testing efficiency and effectiveness using innovative QA practices
• Work closely with development and business partners during design and grooming sessions
• Review requirements and provide level of effort for various phases of testing
• Works with less structured, more complex issues
• Serves as a resource to others

Required Qualifications:

• Working Knowledge of AI/ML technologies with AI certifications
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Automation testing to test both UI and API
• 8+ years of experience working with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, etc.
• 8+ years of experience in Smoke, Functional, Regression, End to End scenario testing ,System Testing, Database Testing & UAT Testing
• 4+ years in hands-on experience on supporting Performance testing using JMeter or Load Runner
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in using AI tools like Accelq
• Experience working in a CI/CD environment like Jenkins for executing automated tests
• Experience working with Agile Methodologies and Rally
• Excellent understanding of SDLC and automated QA processes in Agile development environments
