Key Responsibilities (Program QA Engineer)
Program Planning & Execution

• Define program scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain detailed program plans, schedules, and resource requirements.
• Drive execution across multiple projects to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Act as the single point of contact between engineering, quality, operations, supply chain, finance, and leadership.
• Facilitate regular program reviews, customer updates, and decision-making forums.
• Resolve cross-functional dependencies, conflicts, and critical issues effectively.
• Ensure program adherence to quality standards, compliance requirements, and internal governance models.
• Track KPIs, scorecards, and program health metrics (schedule, cost, quality, risk).
• Support audits, management reviews, and leadership reporting.
• Prepare concise executive-level dashboards, reports, and presentations.
• Communicate program status, risks, and decisions clearly to all stakeholders.
• Drive transparency and alignment across teams.
• Bring together lessons learned and implement procedures across programs.
• Improve program management processes, tools, and execution models.

Core Requirments

• Strong understanding of program lifecycle management and multi-functional execution
• Strong understanding about Green Belt /Black Belt Project and drive the project in past
• Experience working with multiple customers in matrixed organizations
• Proficiency with project/program management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint)
