What You’ll Do
Design and execute test cases/features following standard test design practices.
Participate actively in all scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, grooming, retrospectives, and demos.
Ensure high-quality standards across deliverables by testing web applications and performing device-side testing on platforms like Android, iOS, Windows, macOS, and Linux.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, developers, and QA teams for seamless test execution and product delivery.
Provide logical and practical solutions to business challenges.
Offer constructive feedback to improve team quality and processes.
Stay updated with product knowledge and technical advancements.
Demonstrate initiative and work effectively with minimal supervision.
Engage in various test cycles and contribute to continuous improvement.
Experience You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a STEM-related field.
2–4 years of QA experience in a web-based development environment.
Strong manual testing skills with a focus on UI quality.
Exposure to accessibility standards testing.
Experience with automation tools like Selenium or Playwright (automation is a plus, not mandatory).
Familiarity with any programming language (C#, Java, Python, etc.); C# is optional.
Exposure to API testing and debugging.
Good understanding of computer science fundamentals, basic networking, and database concepts.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Willingness to help and contribute proactively to team goals.
The role focuses on web application testing majorly.
