Responsible for implementing, maintaining, and enhancing the Integrated Management System (IMS) to ensure compliance with ISO standards and organizational requirements. The role focuses on internal audits, process monitoring, customer feedback analysis, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, maintain, and continuously improve the Integrated Management System (IMS) at Stantec Pune
- Ensure compliance with company policies, organizational requirements, and applicable ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
- Plan and conduct internal audits, document findings, and drive timely closure of non-conformities through effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Support in project work to get delivered in conformance with Stantec requirements
- Collect, analyze, and act on customer feedback to enhance customer satisfaction
- Monitor, analyze, and report trends in key quality metrics and recommend actionable improvements
- Review, update, and implement IMS documentation, procedures, and templates to ensure process effectiveness
- Monitor overall process performance and identify areas for improvement
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across quality and operational processes
- Prepare and present QMS performance metrics in review meetings
- Coordinate and support external audits and certification processes
- Collaborate with regional offices on Quality, Health & Safety, and IMS initiatives
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering
- 5–7 years of experience in the engineering industry (heavy civil engineering / Infrastructure projects including construction, Manufacturing) with at least 2-3 years in Quality Assurance/QMS role.
- Certified Lead Auditor – ISO 9001:2015
- Experience in developing and implementing management system frameworks, preferably ISO-compliant
- Working knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
Added Advantage
- Knowledge of Environmental Management System (ISO 14001) and Occupational Health & Safety (ISO 45001)
- Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001
