Job Description:
- Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies for the project.
- Lead the QA team to ensure the functionality, scalability, and reliability of all delivered components.
- Define test cases, test plans, and coordinate testing activities.
- Collaborate with development, SREs, and automation teams to ensure testing is integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
- Perform root cause analysis and work with teams for defect resolution.
- CMMI, Quality Control (Testing), Quality assurance (MW - GSD & UCC)
- Proficiency in automated testing frameworks
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integration with testing
- Familiarity with monitoring and log analysis using tools like ELK
- Strong foundation in API testing, security testing, and data validation
- Knowledge of SRE practices for reliability and resiliency
