Job Title: Manager - QA Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Understand product requirements (preferably within OTT platforms) and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Lead and mentor a small team of QA engineers.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, product, and business stakeholders.
• Manage and participate in overseas/client calls, ensuring clear communication and requirement alignment.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
• Prior experience in OTT/media domain is highly desirable.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead and manage a small team.
• Able to handle client interactions and overseas calls.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
