What are you going to do?
📌 Be the QA/QC reference inside an assigned Scrum Team thus join all the events (Planning, Daily, Review, Retrospective)
📌 Understand product requirements, and prepare test cases and checklists for validation of the software
📌 Support the Product Owner in the identification of the corner cases and missing requirements
📌 Prepare hand calculation for validation of different structural analysis and design-related modules
📌 Design and execute functional testing on the software product increment, iteratively
📌 Verify iteratively that functionality does not degrade
📌 Detect, document, report, and assess the encountered bugs
📌 Work with the developers to identify which use cases must be automated
📌 Provide strong technical leadership with a focus on continuous improvement
What are we looking for?
✔ Bachelor's / Master's degree in Civil/Structural/Geo technical Engineering from a recognized institution
✔ Good analytical skills, and ability to work out creative solutions in a problem-solving environment
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with less supervision
✔ Sound knowledge of Indian and other international concrete and steel design codes
✔ Sound knowledge about the commonly used Structural Analysis software solutions (like - STAAD.Pro, ETABS, and other related solutions)
✔ Sound Knowledge about load generation (wind and seismic loading) as per various international loading codes
✔ Knowledge about structural analysis methodologies
✔ Excellent historical memory
Nice to have:
✔ Good understanding and hands-on experience with US, Australian and New Zealand loading/structural design codes
✔ Knowledge about Finite Element / Dynamic analysis
✔ Knowledge of scripting languages (VBA/Javascript etc.) and/or object-oriented programming languages (C++/C#/Python etc.)
✔ Experience in software testing in agile methodology and using tools like TFS/Azure DevOps/Gitlab
