Job Summary:

The Project Manager will lead project teams through the entire project life cycle, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires a proactive approach to managing stakeholder expectations and delivering measurable benefits aligned with organizational goals. The Project Manager will apply relevant methodologies, including Agile and Hybrid, and may act as a Scrum Master to drive efficiency and collaboration.
Responsibilities:

• Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones to track progress.
• Organize project tasks and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines.
• Implement and maintain project governance structures in alignment with organizational policies.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate change control processes.
• Collect, analyze, and utilize project data to inform decision making and drive performance.
• Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Implement quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet required standards.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, maintaining a risk register and issue log.
• Engage and communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and track project benefits, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy.
• Manage project handover to operations, including training and support documentation.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project).
• Solid understanding of budgeting and financial reporting.
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross functional teams.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in managing projects from initiation to completion.
• Knowledge of Orange products and solutions.
• Experience in pre sales stages and proposal contributions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (business, management, engineering).
• Professional Project Management and Agile certifications (PMP, PMI ACP).
• 4+ years of experience as a project manager.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
