Your Day to Day - As a Project Manager you would be working on:

Project Planning and Execution : Develop, manage, and execute detailed project plans while ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope.

Team Leadership : Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment, driving accountability and effectively navigating challenging conversations when needed.

Risk and Problem Management : Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve issues with creative solutions to keep projects on track.

Stakeholder Communication : Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing updates, managing expectations, and ensuring a customer-centric approach.

Process Improvement : Continuously analyze processes, identify opportunities for innovation, and implement adaptive strategies to enhance project outcomes.
What We’re Looking For - As a Project Manager, your background will look like:

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Management, or a related field. A project management certification (or actively working toward obtaining one) is preferred.

5+ years of experience in a similar role, working on a team focused on bottom-line growth.

Advanced computer skills.

Proficient English Language skills in both written and spoken communication (above 80%).

Experience in Team Management, Risk Management, Project Planning and Execution.
